People often ask "Is it expensive"? No. Hypnotherapy is actually very cost effective. It can vary from one-off sessions for habit breaking to around 3 - 5 sessions for more complex issues. These are usually spread over a number of weeks and you will be taught techniques such as anchoring and self-hypnosis so that you can re-inforce the therapy between meetings, thereby helping yourself and reducing the cost. Working together like this not only will you start to feel the difference after the first session but you will have techniques that you can call on whenever you need them in the future. As a result, you can obtain long lasting relief from symptoms that may have troubled you for ages.

Location in Bucks: My base is a therapy room attached to my home at 5 Mole Run, Downley, HP13 5JJ (Multimap) on the west side of High Wycombe, Bucks in quiet, tranquil surroundings. The area is easily accessible from all directions and there is plenty of parking. As a result clients attend from many surrounding areas including Amersham, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Missenden, Maidenhead, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Reading, Risborough & Wendover.
About me: Having been involved in holistic therapies since the '80's - initially advising on the benefits of vitamins, minerals and herbs - I later gained an Advanced Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling. This was followed by a Diploma in Hypnotherapy with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and more recently their Post-Graduate Practitioner Diploma. The Practitioner Diploma focuses on advanced skills, including some of the latest techniques for dealing with trauma, etc.
Over the years, I have also undertaken specialist training in many areas such as working with survivors of rape & sexual abuse, understanding & managing stress, anxiety & panic attacks. As a result, I am fully experienced in helping you live a fuller and happier life. In order to ensure that my knowledge and skills are always up to date and that you receive only the best treatment available, I regularly undertake additional professional development training.
As Past Life Regression therapy is something I am particularly interested in and as many of my clients have an interest in exploring past lives, I am a member of the Past Life Therapists Association and have trained in Advanced Regression Techniques with Paul Aurand at the Holistic Healing Center, New York. Paul is also President of the Dr Michael Newton Institute in the USA. (Dr Michael Newton is author of Destiny of the Soul and Journey of the Soul).
I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher and an Anusha Energy System Master/Teacher and offer regular attunements to those wishing to become a Reiki or Anusha healer.
